Arsenal will face Benfica in the round of 32 in this year’s Europa League.
Benfica came second in their Europa League group behind Rangers. They’re also second in the standings on the domestic front, just behind Sporting Lisbon.
David Luiz will have special interest in the match as he is facing his former side. He won the Primeira Liga title with Benfica in 2009/10 and was heavily linked with a return to the club before signing an extension at Arsenal.
Arteta and the boys will be looking to perform better than they did last season.
