While we still await “Madness” in form an Arsenal striker, it seems the club has gone ahead to fill the void left by Per and Paulista due to injuries with the acquisition of German and Valencia defender Shkodran Mustafi.
This is according to Mustafi’s agent who was speaking to Sports Port Spox, In his own words:”
“Shkodran and Arsenal agree. All that’s left is that the teams agree a fee”.
This is in contrast with the Jamie Vardy situation where the player had all the cards and was willing to deal it either way. Hopefully this deal is signed really soon and we can start working on integrating him into the side to partner Laurent Koscienly. Integration should be nice and easy given we have experienced Germans in our side already that can make him feel immediately welcome in a new environment.
