Today, we feature one of the most eccentric Arsenal Fans on Nigerian Twitter. Ibezimako Ajaero @Dejazimako007 or just known as Lord of the Memes. If you think he is hilarious on Twitter, then you need to meet him in person. Extremely vocal and it’s easy to see how passionate he gets about anything he cares about. His lovely daughters, his Arsenal and most especially his memes. I ran into him once, battling the whole of Kenyan Twitter in some meme thing when I had no idea at the time what memes even were.
Always ready to engage in respectful banter, @Dejazimako007 is ever ready to discuss anything relating to the club he loves and this is even more evident in the length of responses to questions on this post.
So let’s meet him.

I am Ajaero Ibezimako, A Project Management Professional, jovial, enjoys a bit of banter in between, Red and White Army through and through.
1. When did you start supporting the club?
Was more of a Serie A fan, Alessandro Del Piero was my hero then, but when Nwankwo Kanu joined the Arsenal from Inter Milan, his fan base pull in Nigeria spread like a virus, secondly, Arsenal was imperious then, Champagne football on display week in, week out was an easy decision really. Only Arsenal can make you go from Joy to Anger to Sadness to Despair to Hope to going Absolute bonkers in the space of 90mins.
2. What attracted you to the club?
Wenger definitely, admired him even before Kanu Nwankwo joined, then Thierry Henry with his swashbuckling style of play.
3. Who is your favourite all-time Arsenal player?
Close call between the absolutely Gorgeous leader of the Beard Gang Confraternity Olivier Giroud and Laurent Koscienly.
4. Your worst Arsenal signing?
Worst Signing? Has to be Lassana Diarra without a doubt, had all the attributes to thrive at Arsenal, only stayed for 5 months before jumping ship to Portsmouth. Yes, there was the issue of playing limited football due to Mathieu Flamini but he just refused to stay put.
5. If you could sign one player to join Arsenal who would it be? (no Messi or Ronaldo)
That would be West Ham’s Cheikhou Kouyaté. Still haven’t effectively replaced the “Invisible Wall” Gilberto Silva
6. If you had one ticket to watch Arsenal against any other team which team would you pick?

7. Your all-time worst Arsenal game?
Has to be the 8-2 mauling at Old Trafford, we have never plunged into the transfer market the way we did that season since then. There were positives though from the Knee-jerk reaction. We got the cool-headed Spaniard Mikel Arteta and (superb hair if I might add) the efficient German Per Metersacker.
8. Your all-time favourite Arsenal game?
There are so games to reel out, but the most memorable for me has to be the May 17 2014 FA Cup game v Hull City, the game that ended the trophy barren run, was getting married on the same day but kept tabs on the game via my Best Man. Wedding Reception had commenced when I was told we were two goals down already. Almost left the guests in search of a viewing Center LOL! Followed up on the game in extra time via radio. Remind me never to listen to commentaries via Radio. They give you heart attacks lol
9. Most Memorable Goal
Memorable goal? Has to be Thierry Henry second stint at Arsenal goal v Leeds in 2012. The stadium almost caved in from the thunderous screaming and clapping. The Stars aligned that day for that goal. Magnificent.
10. Where do you stand on the value vs market price debate?
Market Value has been skewed by the Mr 20% and clubs, especially in the EPL. The heftier the fee they bigger Mr 20% take home pay is, not putting into consideration if the player will thrive at said club. Some players are not worth their market value but who are we to complain if the club decides to pay up asking price?

12. Where do you think Arsenal will finish this season?

13. If you could reverse one Arsenal result which would it be? (Apart from the Champions League Final)
2016 FA Cup 2-1 loss at the Emirates to Watford in Quarterfinals. We had no business losing that game. We played like we were under a spell. Could have been another FA Cup for us.
15. In one word describe your relationship with Arsenal?
Abusive relationship (in a good way )still keep coming back for more
16. Put a bullet in one of the three. (Jose Mourinho, Micheal Owen, Tony Pulis)
Jose Mourinho and Tony Pulis despite their issues are gaffers and a plus to the media and the EPL, you see the Equine lover Micheal Owen? A bullet is not enough lol
17. Name your all-time Arsenal Eleven.
Lehmann , Eboue , Koscienly, Toure, Kolasinac , Vieira, Abou Diaby , Julio Baptista, Poldolski, Eduardo da Silva, Jose Antonio Reyes.
